Jack Ellison

Jack Ellison is a Lowcountry native and U.S. Army veteran running as an independent for the U.S. Senate in South Carolina in 2026. Born and raised in the Lowcountry, he earned a GED before serving in the U.S. Army. He attended the University of South Carolina as an undergraduate, earned an MBA in healthcare management from Saint Leo University, and completed a Master's in Patient Safety and Healthcare Quality from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health; he is pursuing a doctorate in health administration at the Medical University of South Carolina. He previously sought the Republican nomination for South Carolina's 1st Congressional District in 2026 before ending that campaign in March 2026 and filing as an independent for the Senate.
