Jacob D. Banta is an American veteran and politician serving as the Representative for District 4 in the Pennsylvania House of Representatives. A member of the Republican Party, Banta assumed office in 2023, representing parts of Erie County. Prior to his political career, he served in the United States Navy as a SEAL and later worked as a defense contractor in the Middle East. In the General Assembly, Banta has served on the Game & Fisheries, Local Government, and State Government committees.
