Jacob David Bennett is a Democratic member of the Harford County Council, representing District F since December 5, 2022. A graduate of Harford County public schools and Salisbury University with a B.A. in elementary education, he works as a teacher within the county's public school system. His deep roots in the community are further demonstrated by his service on the Board of Health and the Citizens Nursing Home Board of Directors for Harford County. An Eagle Scout from Troop 777, Bennett is also a member of St. John's Episcopal Church in Havre de Grace and is married.
