James A. Kaddo is a candidate for Judge of the Superior Court Office No. 185 in Los Angeles County, California — 2026 Primary Election. Running as Nonpartisan.

James A. Kaddo was born in Zgharta, Lebanon, and emigrated to the United States in 1950. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and International Relations from the University of California, Berkeley in 1956 and a Juris Doctor degree from the USC School of Law in 1963. After being admitted to the California Bar in 1964, he worked in private practice, specializing in trials, real estate, and personal injury. In December 1990, Governor George Deukmejian appointed him as a Judge. He served on the Los Angeles County Municipal Court from 1991 to 1998 and was elected to the Los Angeles County Superior Court in 1998. He retired from the bench in November 2024.
