Born in Rome, Georgia, in 1975, Holtzclaw is a U.S. Air Force veteran with 10 years of service, a real estate broker, and a small business owner, holding a BA from George Fox University. He chairs the Commerce and Human Resources Committee and is co-chair of the Change in Employee Compensation Committee. Holtzclaw aligns strongly with the Idaho Republican Party Platform, especially on Education and American Family and Religious Liberties. His affiliations include the NRA, VFW, American Legion, Idaho Farm Bureau, and Professional Firefighters.
