James "Jim" Prokopiak is an attorney and politician serving as the representative for the 140th District in the Pennsylvania House of Representatives. He assumed office in March 2024 following a special election. Prokopiak previously served on the Falls Township Board of Supervisors from 2002 to 2009 and as a member of the Pennsbury School Board from 2021 to 2024. He earned his undergraduate degree from West Chester University and a law degree from Temple University Beasley School of Law.
