James H. (Jim) Graham is an engineer, educator, and Democratic candidate for U.S. Representative in Indiana's 9th Congressional District. He earned a bachelor's degree from the Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology and a Ph.D. in electrical engineering from Purdue University. Graham began his engineering career at General Motors before serving as a professor at the University of Louisville and other institutions. He later co-founded the cybersecurity startup True Secure SCADA, serving as its CEO.
