James Petzke

James Petzke is a conservative Republican representing Idaho House District 21A (Meridian). An Idaho resident since age two, he is a graduate of Boise State and Harvard Universities. He has spent a decade building businesses in the Treasure Valley, including Upland Optics, and is a passionate outdoorsman. Petzke began his first term in the Idaho House of Representatives in December 2022, serving on the Appropriations, Resources, and Transportation committees. He advocates for keeping Idaho on the right track, focusing on economy, education, and maintaining Idaho's character.
