James Tolomeo Jr. is an incumbent Republican Councilman for River Vale Township in New Jersey. Prior to his council service, he had an extensive record serving River Vale on numerous local boards, and also served as the Mayor's Designee to the Library Board of Trustees for a term expiring at the end of 2023.
