James Winn

James Winn is a Republican member of the Wicomico County Council, representing the county at-large since December 2022. Born in Olney, Maryland, in 1992, he is a graduate of Parkside High School in Salisbury. A third-generation small business owner, Winn co-owns and operates the Acme Ceramic Tile Company. As a councilman, he prioritizes keeping taxes low, supporting public safety, and upholding constitutional rights. He is a vocal advocate for parental rights and choice in education, emphasizing a curriculum focused on traditional subjects. His campaign focused on a need for change in county government and the protection of personal freedoms.
