Janet Leonardis is a Republican politician serving on the Englishtown Borough Council in New Jersey. She was nominated and appointed to fill an unexpired term on the Council in March 2025. Following this, she successfully ran for and won a 1-year unexpired term in the June 2025 primary election, and subsequently the November 2025 general election. She is slated to run again as an official candidate for Borough Council in the June 2026 primary election, endorsed by the Monmouth County Republican Organization.
