Jared D. Moses is an incumbent Judge of the Superior Court of Los Angeles County, a position he has held since 2008. Prior to his election to the bench, he served as a Deputy District Attorney for Los Angeles County from 1994 to 2008. During his time as a prosecutor, he was a member of the Hard Core Gang Division for over five years, handling numerous serious felony trials. He began his legal career as an associate at the firm Hosie, Wes, McLaughlin & Sacks from 1993 to 1994. Before pursuing law, Moses had a seven-year career as an actor. He earned his J.D. from the University of California, Davis, School of Law in 1993 and a B.F.A. from New York University in 1983.
