Jared Mead

Jared Mead has served on the Snohomish County Council since 2020, including two years as Chair. He previously served in the Washington State Legislature for the 44th District from 2019 to 2020 and on the Mill Creek City Council from 2017 to 2019. Before his career in public service, he worked in local finance as a licensed small business and investment banker. Mead is a graduate of Jackson High School and holds degrees in International Studies and Business from the University of Washington Bothell. He and his wife, a public-school teacher, live in Mill Creek with their children.
