Jason Malcom Harwick was raised in Lewiston and Genesee and graduated from Genesee High School. He began his career working for his father and grandfather at Malcom's Brower-Wann Funeral Home. After attending Lewis-Clark State College, he graduated from Mt. Hood Community College with a degree in Funeral Service Education. In 2007, he became a partner in the purchase of Vassar-Rawls Funeral Home, and in 2012, the partnership also purchased Malcom's Brower-Wann Funeral Home, where he now spends most of his time.
