Jay Rosapepe is running for re-election to the Port Orchard City Council, where he has served three terms. He had a twenty-year career in the Navy, with assignments including Director of the Manchester Fuel Depot and Supply Officer on two nuclear submarines. Following his naval career, he was the Director of Transportation Services for the South Kitsap School District for eight years. He holds a B.S. in Business and Finance from Mount St. Mary's College and an M.S. in Petroleum Management from Kansas University. He and his wife have lived in Port Orchard since 2009.
