Jayme M. Davis is an incumbent Democratic-NPL Member of the North Dakota House of Representatives, serving since 2022 and representing the 9th district. She is the House Minority Caucus Leader and Co-Chair of the North Dakota Future Caucus. Holding a BBA and an MPA, Davis has focused on criminal justice reform and notably championed the codification of the Indian Child Welfare Act into North Dakota law, a key issue for her as an Indigenous person. She is running for the 2026 North Dakota Senate election in the 9th legislative district, challenging incumbent Richard Marcellais.
