Jeff Barber

Jeff Barber has been a lifelong resident of the Kent, Washington area, graduating from Kent Meridian High School in 1973. He attended both Washington State University and the University of Washington. His career in construction began in 1975 with Baugh Construction, where he became a superintendent in 1983. The company later became Skanska Construction in 2002. He retired in 2016. Barber has served on the Board of the Washington State Association of Sewer and Water Districts and represents the district on the South King County Regional Water Association board.
