Jeff Clarke

Jeff Clarke is an incumbent commissioner for the Mukilteo Water and Wastewater District, having been elected to a six-year term that began January 1, 2020. He has a long history in public sector management, including serving as the general manager of the Alderwood Water and Wastewater District from 2012 until his resignation in January 2020. Previously, he led Snohomish County's Solid Waste Division from 1992 to 2005 and was a deputy director for the Snohomish Health District from 2010 to 2012. Clarke also served in the Peace Corps, overseeing volunteers in Moldova. He has also represented water utilities on the Snohomish Health District's Public Health Advisory Council.
