Jeff Hoverson is an American politician, pastor, and businessman serving as a Republican member of the North Dakota House of Representatives for District 3, an office he assumed on December 1, 2018. He grew up in Dahlen, North Dakota, and holds a bachelor's degree in education from Valley City State University and a master of divinity from Lutheran Brethren Seminary. Hoverson is a former public school teacher and has served as a pastor at Bread of Life and currently at Living Word Lutheran Church since 2010. He also operates a LoVE Ice Cream food truck with his family. He is married to JoAnn and they have six children. Hoverson is seeking re-election to represent District 3 in the 2026 North Dakota Primary Election.
