Jeffrey E. Johnson is an attorney, businessman, and a Republican member of the South Carolina House of Representatives, representing District 58 since 2014. Born in Conway, South Carolina, in 1971, he served in the SC Army National Guard from 1989-2002. Johnson earned degrees from Coastal Carolina University and Mississippi College School of Law, and is admitted to practice in various courts, including the U.S. Supreme Court. He currently chairs the Criminal Laws and Legislative Oversight committees. Johnson is seeking re-election to District 58 in the 2026 South Carolina Primary Election, having previously run unopposed in the Republican primary.
