Jeffrey Rosario Turco is an attorney with his own private law practice in Chelsea, first elected in a special election in March 2021 and sworn in on April 7, 2021 to represent Massachusetts' 19th Suffolk District. He previously served as Winthrop Town Council President (2010-11), Winthrop Charter Review Commission Chairman, and Special Sheriff and Superintendent of the Worcester County Sheriff's Office, and as Chief of Staff to State Senator Guy Glodis. He is a graduate of UMass Amherst and Quinnipiac University Law School, is married to Melissa (Carbone) Turco, and has six children.
