Carter has been a commissioner on the Snoqualmie Valley Health board and currently holds the position of Secretary. She holds a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Chicago and is a certified HL7 Control Specialist. Her work focuses on empowering physicians with the data needed to make treatment choices.
