Jen Kiggans

Jen Kiggans is the incumbent Republican Representative for Virginia's 2nd Congressional District, serving since January 2023. At 54, she is a strong advocate for small businesses, boasting a 100% NFIB Voting Record and co-sponsoring the Main Street Tax Certainty Act. As Chairwoman of the House Committee on Veterans’ Affairs Subcommittee on Oversight and Investigations, Kiggans actively addresses and investigates issues at VA facilities. She has also introduced bipartisan legislation, the Oyster Reef Recovery Act, to support oyster reef restoration. Kiggans is seeking re-election to continue her work in Congress.
