Jennifer Dwyer is a dedicated community organizer and incumbent candidate seeking re-election to the Baltimore County Democratic State Central Committee for Legislative District 10 in Maryland. Originally from Rhode Island, Dwyer moved to Maryland in 2004 to pursue a degree in Latin and ancient Greek at the University of Maryland College Park. She has a strong record of grassroots advocacy, having successfully helped her community stop a major commercial development project in Prince George's County. First joining the committee in 2022, Dwyer aims to tackle pedestrian safety, improve air quality, expand after-school programs, and address rising property taxes.
