Jennifer Dwyer is a dedicated community organizer and incumbent candidate seeking re-election to the Baltimore County Democratic State Central Committee for Legislative District 10 in Maryland. Originally from Rhode Island, Dwyer moved to Maryland in 2004 to pursue a degree in Latin and ancient Greek at the University of Maryland College Park.
