Jennifer 'Jen' Hirman was appointed to the school board in June 2022 and subsequently won an election to complete the term. She has a PhD in Education Leadership and Policy from Arizona State University, a master's in education from Stanford University, and a bachelor's from USC. Hirman has been an active volunteer in the district for over a decade, serving on various committees, and was a regional director for the Washington State PTA. She has two daughters in the district.
