Jennifer Hodgson

Dr. Jennifer Hodgson has been a resident of Pitt County for 22 years. She is a licensed marriage and family therapist and a professor at East Carolina University, where she co-developed the first Medical Family Therapy doctoral program in the nation. Hodgson earned her Ph.D. in human development and family studies from Iowa State University, a Master of Science from Northern Illinois University, and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Akron. She has extensive experience volunteering and working in various educational settings from pre-K to early college. Her husband and three children have all attended Pitt County Public Schools.
