Jennifer Lynn Clancy is a Democratic candidate for the Maryland House of Delegates, representing District 29A. A licensed therapist and former public school counselor, she is a mother of five and married to a local sheriff. With a background in community advocacy, Clancy co-founded SOMD Mask Makers, an organization that produced and donated over 4,500 face masks to first responders. She has also served as the former Chair of the Healthcare Committee for the Women of Action Charles County and was appointed to the Charles County Commission for Women. Her campaign platform includes prioritizing families, expanding mental health services, and fully funding public education.
