Jennifer Talley is the current Mayor of Graham and a graduate of Elon University. Along with her husband, she owns and operates EP Gates Construction, a business focused on the revitalization and historic preservation of downtown Graham. She has previously served on the Graham City Council. She and her husband also own several other downtown businesses, including the Graham Soda Shop and Graham Cinema.
