Jenny Collins Taylor

Jenny Collins Taylor is the leader of Global Facilities and Site Services for Insitu, a Boeing Company. She graduated from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University with a Bachelor of Science in Aviation Business Administration. In 1999, she began working for the Port of Portland in various roles, including Airside Properties, PDX Facilities, and Airport Operations, where she was involved in large-scale infrastructure projects. She joined Insitu in 2009. Taylor was elected as a Commissioner for the Port of Skamania County, with her term beginning in January 2020. She is married with twin boys.
