Born in Rigby and a Rigby High School graduate, he is a lifelong rancher, deeply involved in the livestock industry since his youth, owning a feedlot in Menan since 1976. He previously served as a Jefferson County Commissioner and President of the Idaho Cattle Association. Raymond is a dedicated family man, married for 45 years with six children and 24 grandchildren, all Idaho residents. His legislative priorities include being pro-life and pro-2nd Amendment, advocating for agriculture (having introduced the Rangeland Improvement Act), protecting family values, enhancing business opportunities, and preserving Idaho’s natural resources and way of life.
