Jeremy Boka is serving his third term on the Altoona City Council and is the current Mayor Pro-tem. He has been involved in the environmental and construction industry for over 25 years and is the National Vice President of Business Development for EIS Holdings. He is also the co-owner of Reclaimed Rails Brewing Co. Boka is a graduate of the Eastern Polk Leadership Program and the Associated General Contractors of Iowa Leadership Academy. He studied horticulture and landscape management at Iowa State University. His community involvement includes serving as the public safety liaison, a board member for Catch Des Moines, and on the Polk County Emergency Management commission.
