Jerry W. Rajcich is a fourth-generation Grays Harbor native who was born in Aberdeen, Washington. He graduated from Harbor High School, earned an associate degree from Grays Harbor College in 2013, and a Bachelor of Science in Community Health from Western Washington University in 2019. After college, he returned to Grays Harbor in 2020 to work for Grays Harbor County Public Health, focusing on the COVID-19 pandemic response and later on programs related to mental health and substance use. He previously ran for Grays Harbor County Commissioner in 2024 as a member of the Democratic Party.
