Jesse T. Pippy is a Republican member of the Maryland House of Delegates, representing District 4, which encompasses parts of Frederick County. An attorney by profession, Pippy earned a Juris Doctor from the University of Maryland School of Law and a bachelor's degree in political science from Christopher Newport University.
