Jesse T. Pippy is a Republican member of the Maryland House of Delegates, representing District 4, which encompasses parts of Frederick County. He was first elected to the position in 2018 and was subsequently elected as the House Minority Whip in 2023. An attorney by profession, Pippy earned a Juris Doctor from the University of Maryland School of Law and a bachelor's degree in political science from Christopher Newport University. His prior public service includes an appointment to the Frederick County Board of License Commissioners in 2016 and serving as chair of the Frederick County Young Republicans. He also ran for the Maryland Senate in 2014. Born August 6, 1982, he grew up in a military family.
