Jessica Marie Rushing

Army veteran, nonprofit chief of staff, and former Pembroke Select Board chair (2019–2022, chair in her final year). Served as Chief of Staff at AfghanEvac and as Deputy Director for Communications and Engagement in the U.S. State Department's Office of the Coordinator for Afghan Relocation Efforts (CARE); worked on veterans and immigration issues for Congressman Bill Keating (MA-09). Previously chaired the Pembroke Democratic Town Committee; 2019 graduate of Emerge Massachusetts. Holds a BS in Communication from Boston University and an MA in Public Leadership from the University of San Francisco; mother of four.
