Jillaire McMillan, a Democratic candidate for Colorado House District 19, was born in Delaware and raised in the western United States. She holds bachelor's and master's degrees in American History from Boston College. A small business owner and former director of volunteers at a nonprofit, she has dedicated over two decades to being a stay-at-home mother and an active community member, serving on PTA boards and school foundations. After narrowly losing the 2024 election for HD19 by just 110 votes, she is running again in the 2026 primary, driven by a commitment to public service and community values. She has qualified for the June 30, 2026 primary ballot.
