Jim Alvey

Jim Alvey is a Republican candidate running to represent Utah State House District 10. A lifelong resident of Ogden, he was born and raised in the district, graduating from Weber State College. He has raised six sons, built a small business, and served his church and community in the area. Alvey is committed to creating a better future for families, focusing his platform on conservative values, fiscal responsibility, public safety, and accountable and transparent governance. He successfully advanced from the Republican convention and primary and will appear on the general election ballot on November 3, 2026.
