Jim Atkinson

Jim Atkinson, a self-employed heating and air conditioning contractor from Avon, Utah, is a candidate for the Utah House of Representatives, District 5. Married for 25 years with nine children, he is deeply involved in his community and church. He currently serves on the Utah Republican Party State Central Committee and as a precinct Vice Chair, having a long history of supporting conservative principles as a state and county delegate. His campaign prioritizes decreasing Utah’s tax burden, reducing government spending, eliminating pet projects, and advocating for transparency in public funds. Atkinson aims to preserve Utah's values by putting God and family first in legislative decisions.
