Jim Moran is a Republican candidate running for re-election as County Commissioner At-Large in Queen Anne's County, Maryland. A proud veteran, Moran served four years in the United States Marine Corps before attending Anne Arundel Community College. He brings extensive business experience as the president of Increte of Maryland, Inc., a decorative concrete company he founded, and as the managing partner of Mid-Atlantic Pigments, LLC. First appointed to fill a vacant At-Large commissioner seat in 2013, Moran went on to win elections in 2014, 2018, and 2022. He has also served on the Planning Commission. He resides in Queenstown with his wife.
