Joan Butcher-Farkas

Joan Butcher-Farkas is an incumbent on the Freehold Regional High School District Board of Education, representing Howell Township, with her term ending in 2025. She has a bachelor's degree in Social Work from The Richard Stockton College of New Jersey and a master's degree in Social Work from Rutgers University. Her professional experience includes over two decades in nonprofit business management, overseeing budgets, physical plant improvements, and policy implementation. She has also been an educator at the community college level. She is the Director of Public Housing for Community Enterprises Corporation.
