Joanne C. Stehr is a Republican politician and a licensed practical nurse serving as a member of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the 107th district since January 2023. A lifelong resident of Schuylkill County, Stehr graduated from Tri-Valley High School and the Schuylkill Area Vocational Technical School. She spent 30 years as a home health care and hospice nurse before her election. She is the first female legislator to represent Schuylkill County in the State House.
