Joe Hathaway is a Republican candidate for U.S. House to represent New Jersey's 11th Congressional District. A Clifton native, Hathaway graduated from Yale University in 2009 with a degree in political science. He has worked in corporate affairs and communications, including serving as an advance aide to former New Jersey Governor Chris Christie. Hathaway entered public service in Randolph, New Jersey, where he was appointed to the Township Council in 2022 and served as its mayor in 2025.
