Joel Graves

Joel Graves is a Washington State native who has lived in Moses Lake for five years. He has a background in both public service and private industry, having worked in county government, for GOP Congresswoman Cathy McMorris Rodgers' office, and leading global programs at Microsoft. He holds a bachelor's degree from Western Washington University (2009) and a graduate degree from the University of Washington (2019). He and his wife, Caitlin, are raising their four children in Moses Lake.
