Johanny Cepeda-Freytiz is a Democratic member of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives, representing District 129 since December 2022. Prior to her election to the state legislature, she served on the Reading City Council, becoming its first female president. An entrepreneur, she established Mi Casa Su Casa Café in downtown Reading in 2007. Cepeda-Freytiz holds a Bachelor's degree from SUNY New Paltz and a Master of Science in Education from Long Island University.
