John Armenian is an aerospace entrepreneur and immigrant. Born in Lebanon, he moved to California over 40 years ago. He holds degrees in physics from the American University of Beirut and Tufts University, and earned an MBA from the University of Southern California at the age of 67. For four decades, he worked in national defense technology, holding top-secret DoD clearances. He founded his own R&D firm and received recognition from NASA for his contributions to the Hubble Space Telescope. He is running for Congress as a political outsider.
