John C. Inglis III is an American politician and educator serving as the representative for Pennsylvania's 38th House District since December 2024. A lifelong resident of West Mifflin, Inglis earned a bachelor's degree in secondary education from Duquesne University and a master's degree in school counseling from Westminster College. Before his election to the state legislature, he spent 15 years as a teacher and school counselor. He also previously served on the West Mifflin Borough Council.
