John Joyce is a physician and politician serving as the U.S. Representative for Pennsylvania's 13th congressional district since 2019. Born and raised in Altoona, Pennsylvania, Joyce received his undergraduate degree from Pennsylvania State University and his M.D. from Temple University. He completed his residency at Johns Hopkins Hospital and is board-certified in internal medicine and dermatology. Prior to his election, Dr. Joyce served in the U.S. Navy and practiced medicine for over 25 years.
