John L. Bartlett is a Democratic member of the Indiana House of Representatives, representing District 95 since 2008. A lifelong resident of Indianapolis, he is a retired tool-and-die maker who worked for the Rolls-Royce Corporation for 42 years. Bartlett graduated from Arsenal Technical High School and Martin University. He currently serves as the parliamentarian of the Indiana Black Legislative Caucus and is the founder of the annual Indiana Military Veterans Legislative Day.
