John P. Muñoz is an operations executive and entrepreneur with a history of managing large-scale teams and multimillion-dollar budgets. He currently serves as the President and CEO of the Downtown Las Cruces Partnership. His previous roles include executive positions at Electronic Caregiver (ECG), director of Sitel call centers, and recreation director for the City of Santa Fe. He is a past president of the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and has been recognized for his community engagement. Muñoz is fluent in English, Spanish, and Italian.
