John Salka is a Republican candidate for the U.S. House of Representatives in New York's 22nd Congressional District. Salka previously served in the New York State Assembly, representing District 121 from 2019 to 2023, and was the Brookfield Town Supervisor from 2007 to 2018. Outside of politics, Salka has worked as a respiratory therapist for over 30 years, including as the director of cardiopulmonary services at Community Memorial Hospital in Hamilton, New York.
