John T Swolgaard

John T. Swolgaard, who also goes by Tom, is a licensed architect. He has a long history of community involvement on Bainbridge Island, including serving as a Scout Leader and a park commissioner for many years. He and his wife raised their family on the island and now have grandchildren there. As an incumbent, he was involved in the acquisition of nearly 100 acres of open space, the renovation of Rotary Centennial Park, and the building of Owen's Playground.
